From Leeds:

1. Take the M621 from Leeds towards J27 of the M62. Turn off as if going to Ikea, but on the roundabout turn right onto the A62 heading back towards Leeds.
2. Pass under the motorways and take a left at the next roundabout on the A650 Drighlington by-pass to Bradford.
3. At the next roundabout go straight on. At the next roundabout there is a Shell garage and Lapwater Hall restaurant. Take the 1st exit left behind the garage into a small industrial estate at the entrance to the village of Birkenshaw.
4. Turn right towards the large bakery and follow the road round an S-bend passing TNT distribution centre on your right.
5. There is a primary school on your right with 2 speed bumps. Turn left opposite the school into Sherburn Grove. Birch Court is at the far end of the cul-de-sac.

From Bradford:

1. Take the A650 from Bradford along Tong Street through Dudley Hill and Westgate Hill to the roundabout at the start of the Drighlington by-pass.
2. At the roundabout there is a Shell garage and Lapwater Hall restaurant. Take the 3rd exit behind the garage into a small industrial estate at the entrance to the village of Birkenshaw.
